Full Throttle Fat Loss Video With Kareem Samhouri

Kareem Samhouri, the creator of Full Throttle Fat Loss, uses a lot of videos to show you how to perform exercises correctly. He includes many videos in his programs to both teach you knew exercises and to discuss various elements of extremely fast fat loss.

In this video below, you can see Dr. Kareem explaining 3 exercises. You can see how he uses a variety of movements and elements to create a fast fat loss. He uses a medicine ball, discs for core stability, and uses lifting, rotation, and static stimulation.

You will work your upper and lower body with this video, along with your abs and core muscles. The reason why I posted this video here is to show you an example of how Dr. Kareem teaches his material. This is how it’s going to be in the Full Throttle Fat Loss program as well.

I recommend that you take the time and perform the exercises in this video a few times in the form of a circuit. Get your heart pumping, burn some body fat and calories, and get your muscles moving and straining.

You may find some of these exercises very challenging but this is just part of what it takes to get in really awesome shape.

7 Fast Fat Loss Tips

While we await the upcoming release of the Full Throttle Fat Loss program by Kareem Samhouri, I thought I’d give you a few general fat loss tips that you can get started with on your own, today, without any program necessary.

These won’t make Full Throttle Fat Loss unnecessary, but they can help you begin to shed those unwanted pounds of fat from your body quickly. I believe that you can get started with these quickly and see awesome results:

1. Start exercising in the morning – You don’t have to do a massive workout in the early hours of the day, but a short workout can really help you lose fat quickly. The reason why this works is that your body simply burns a lot more fat early in the morning after you’ve not eaten for a long time. So, try to squeeze in a short workout and you will see results.

2. Eat more protein – If you want to boost your metabolism up by a bit, then protein will work for you. Your body needs to work extra hard to digest this protein. In addition, protein helps your body to feel full. If you want to avoid overeating, which you must do in order to lose weight, protein will help. It simply fills you up.

3. Drink more water – A lot of people fail to drink sufficient amount of water each day. This makes them hungrier, more tired, and it disrupts the quality of their workouts. I advise you to drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning to make sure you’re getting enough water throughout the day and to allow you to avoid dehydration after a night with no water.

4. Do a lot of squats and lunges – The reason why I love these two exercises is that they’re very tough to do, and so they burn a lot of calories with each repetition. In addition, these two exercises employ a lot of muscle mass, great for boosting metabolism and for burning even more calories. I like doing a variety of these exercises. Different kinds of squats and lunges to make sure I get a complete workout from it.

5. Lift more weights – If you want to burn body fat quickly, you need to get a higher metabolism. The best way to do this is to build more muscle tissue. This is done by lifting big weights. You simply boost your muscle mass, get a higher metabolism and you will achieve a fast fat loss.

6. Stop Drinking Alcohol – You simply can’t afford to drink more alcohol. It can make you gain weight quickly. Alcohol is usually rich in calories and it also disrupts the way your body burns fat. So, make sure to avoid it or limit it as much as possible.

7. Improve your eating habits every day – I want you to make small improvements in your eating habits every day. Cut one bad thing out, eat more healthy things. Small changes will add up and you will see a big difference in how you fell.

A Note About the Creator of Full Throttle Fat Loss

Full Throttle Fat Loss may be a new program and so you it may not have a big track record or a lot of reviews. However, the person who created this program has been involved in the fitness and fat loss industry for quite a while and so you can learn a lot about him. I also believe that by knowing about the creator of Full Throttle Fat Loss that you can also get a sense of how this program is going to be and whether it is indeed worth using.

So, let’s talk about this man.

His name is Kareem Samhouri and he’s an American Physical Therapist who got his doctorate in Miami, Florida. He is the author of various other fitness programs such as Lift Hard Play Hard, Double Edged Fat Loss, Weight Loss Cardio, and others. This shows you that this isn’t some new trainer who is trying to make a name for himself. He is an established author and fitness programs creator.

It should also be noted that Kareem Samhouri is not a trainer. He is a doctor of physical therapy. As such, his qualifications and experience go way beyond what the normal fitness trainer learns, does, and is able to teach you about. This doesn’t mean that fitness trainers are bad or anything, just that Dr. Samhouri knows a lot more than most of them do.

As I don’t have the full details about the upcoming release of Full Throttle Fat Loss and I don’t really know what the scope of this program will be, this post may seem premature. However, I have been following the creator of this plan, Dr. Kareem Samhouri, for quite a while and I have some of his earlier fitness plans. Therefore, I can predict part of what this program will include and teach.

Videos

For one thing, I am positive that this program will include a lot of exercise videos. In the past, Dr. Samhouri built an exercise database with over 700 different videos and he expands it all the time. I am positive that Full Thruttle Fat Loss will also include a large number of videos and this will make it much easier to do the program correctly, stick to his exercises, and achieve excellent results with it.

Advanced Techiques

Kareem Samhouri isn’t a personal trainer. He’s a doctor of physical therapy and his knowledge is immense. This is why you may expect to learn a variety of advanced fitness and workout techniques that go way beyond what you would normally expect from any fat loss plan. I am sure that Full Throttle Fat Loss will cover muscle balancing, metabolism expensive workouts, joint mobility, etc.

These will probably be some of the most intense workouts you have ever done and they will challenge you. However, I am also positive that you will see and feel very differently after you go through this plan.

A lot of Content

Judging from past experience, Dr. Samhouri will include a massive amount of content in this plan. In some ways, his past programs have included too much information, too many techniques and it can be a challenge to go through it all. Full Throttle Fat Loss Will Be Released Soon

I recently heard that a new and exciting fat loss program is about to be released. It’s called the Full Throttle Fat Loss Plan and it is the creation of a doctor of physical therapy and fitness expert called Dr. Kareem Samhouri.

I have been following the work of Dr. Samhouri for some months and I had some of his earlier fitness plans. I am very impressed with what he does and his unique approach to fitness.

This is why I decided that it would be a good idea for me to dedicate this side to his new program, Full Throttle Fat Loss, to help spread the word about it, and to give you more information regarding this plan.
